Dashboards are designed to deliver information in an easier, more consumable way. Today, we’re dealing with non-traditional interfaces—and consequently, less real estate—it’s more important than ever for information to be meaningful.
All of our dashboards are built for mobile first. We utilize the latest Material Design standards. Advanced used can override any CSS widget styling.
The collapsible menu enables you to easily navigate through your station. Clicking on each element directs the user to a different ord/links in the station. The menu is setup in the settings area by a super-user. Show or hide as much or as little as required. Add icons to each menu item.
You can also change the settings to use the mini menu as show in the image. Lock permissions for different Niagara roles you have setup in the system to show/hide menu items. Expanded menu items are remembered, if you log out/in or refresh the page.
There are multiple navigation menus you can utitilze.
Station Menu - this adheres to your Niagara station config.
Custom Menu - create menu and sub-menu items and assign relative/absolute ord and a View you have created in the VB designer.
Hierarchy Menu - the latest version you can show your hierarchy items if you utilizing tagging etc.
Icon Menu - a menu with icons on the left and right sides of the dashboard. Use in-built icons or your own images.
As the super-user you will go through your stations configuration and apply views (or your custom views) to each station object.
Views are created in the
View Builder Designer tool which is part and parcel of View Builder. There are over 70 different widgets to utilize on the View.
Additionally, set each asset to either show/hide on the navigation menu. When a user logs on only those assets
will appear in the menu with their respective views. See Examples...
N4 Insights™© is the data and analytics module for View Builder. Station trends or histories are processed to provide feedback into a station to optimize energy, reduce faults, and create actionable insights.
N4 Insights doesn't require any complex tagging or have any license limits. It uses implied tags and BQL to retrieve the data required for analysis. N4 Insights has a web API so 3rd party integrators can retrieve data without any limitations. A combination of polling and caching is used to limit the usage of station resources.
N4 Analytics - if you have created station analytics using algorithms and tagging, data can be plotted onto charts for analysis. Export data in CSV format to further analyze data. Note that this system doesn't create any algorithms or analytics optimization like N4 Analytics.
N4 Automated Reports - create daily, weekly, monthly automated reports. Drag n' drop histories, points, alarm tables, and other niagara objects onto email templates. Or use it for tenant billing purposes. See Examples...

How does the licensing work?
All purchases come with 1 production license and 3 engineering licenses. Licenses are bound to the stations host Id. There are no point or history restrictions.
There are NO on-going support costs and all future updates are FREE.
Licenses come directly from Tridium servers.
Do widgets and dashboards work on Honeywell WEBs-N4, Trend IQ Vision, CentraLine, Cylon Integra, or Distech?
Yes. Dashboard can be used with any vendor using Niagara 4 Framework, including Honeywell WEBs-N4, Trend IQ Vision, CentraLine, Distech, etc.
Are widgets/templates licensed for each site/project?
Widgets/Templates are bound to a stations host id. They can be used on any project. When bought you get access to the software portal where you can download modules. Licenses are added
to your standard Tridium license via Niagara central.

Which languages do the dashboards support?
Out of the box we support German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, and Chinese. More languages can be requested. Advanced users can also modify the JSON language file as they see fit.
